The endless road from heart to home
by Duaa
We participated this lovely project. We took pictures of the places we like. Although our lives are full of problems but we are trying hard to be positive as much as possible. We came to the UK with a great hope of change our lives though education. To find out possible solutions of our problems. To earn better and live peacefully. Everyone of us knows that the UK is a well country and so it will helpful to come out of difficulties. But we had very bitter experiences of fighting continuously just to live here legally. It took ten complete years to get decided of our just a simple asylum case. One bad moment of these ten years had been itself longer than ten years. Without this decision we were treated closed in a box like a jail. No right of work, nobpublic funds no right of higher education. No personal freedom. No right treatment even I had been seriously ill. This feelings progressed into irreversible mental and physical damage. Now if I want to work according to my choices, its nearly impossible. However, now we even we can not leave UK. Because if we leave 99% of people from back ĺ will laugh at us. I am slowly trying to get back to the normal life but it looks impossible.  It's not just my health but the health of my entire family is ruined. We are like out of the frying pan into the fire forever.
