This websites showcases photographs taken as part of a photo voice project in Manchester, UK. Photovoice is a research methodology where participants take photographs to document their experiences, photographs are then analysed by the participants alongside the researcher in group sessions.

All the photographers had a refugee background or were currently seeking asylum and the photographs explore  experiences of place, belonging and citizenship in the Manchester area.
